By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Description of services
ToFables Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides AI adoption consulting and implementation services to small businesses. Services are described at tofables.com/services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per engagement in a separate Statement of Work.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, timely access to systems and personnel required for the engagement, and implementing reasonable security practices on their own infrastructure.
Intellectual property
Custom automations, pipelines, dashboards, and AI configurations built during an engagement are owned by the client upon payment in full. ToFables Technologies retains ownership of general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tooling used in the engagement but not specifically built for the client.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToFables Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Termination of engagement
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed through the termination date will be invoiced at the prorated engagement rate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToFables Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
